A faint title-card fragment whose clearest wording is 'Harmonic / Balancer / "Gravity Table"' followed by 'This book is a' and 'Vehicle'. The legible signal borrows machine-shop vocabulary (a harmonic balancer is an engine part) to declare the book itself a mechanism for motion. This reading remains provisional because the scan is a reversed or bleed-through fragment marked needs-followup, with spacing and the layering of leaves still unresolved.
